Gordon: FWIW, Second Opinion, which had upgraded VLNC to a buy in February (right around the CC runup), and a strong buy two weeks ago, has now downgraded VLNC to neutral.

Gordon: It looks like VLNC is repeating, for the third time, the cycle established a few months ago. That is, bouncing in a range from ~$4.50 on the low end to $5.50 on the high end. The pattern seems to be one of languishing around $4.50 to $4.80 for a period of time, then a gradual(several day) move up to around $5.50 where it stays for a time. Then, suddenly, the Bid is dragged back down(usually in one, to one and a half, days) to that $4.50 area.

So now it's heading to the top end of the range. Will it repeat? Welll, maybe, but maybe not since my gut is telling me we're approaching a critical time. This rise could signify "pre-launch" testing of break-out on some sort of positive news.

Just my attempt at reading the 'ol tea leaves.

Regards!

John~
