I'll check. The key here (my city) I believe is that the city will do the monitoring, and right now its only the water meters. When they changed mine out...they read my meter, which I hadn't done for about 2 years OUCH. LOL At least I won't have to be in fear of catching up with my readings I'll be up to date LOL. The reason I checked into GLCP when I first started my OTC database is that I love companies with neat ideas. The stocks may not do as I wish sometimes though :) But I keep an eye out, in case they do get noticed. A couple others are ELST, which is a local company (wireless modems), TEVE, but they are thinly traded, thus terrible spreads. Sheri
