soxan,
I ws looking over the net and came across this

space-frontier.org

and I contacted someone by the name of David Anderman about E Prime
and he told me this:

1) E'Prime plans to use 'off the shelf' MX hardware in creating a new space launcher.

I had asked him if the start treaty problem would be resolved soon.

2) Start allows missiles to be destroyed by launch into space, so there is no diplomatic issue.

Thanks for the explanation.
So I take it that the minuteman missile is the only means that E-Prime has to put satellites into orbit. Well I can see the concerns that that would bring up. I will try and dig up what I can and try to shed new light on things.
