Spoke with someone at Solucorp yesterday and was given the following information: 1) The two week length of the suspension is the standard suspension period and trading won't commence before the 14th even if the matter is entirely resolved before then. 2) Apparently, the SEC has been unable to verify the China contracts on its own because of the unwilingness of the Chinese to speak directly with the SEC. Also, the SEC wants to know why the "Glasgow" contract has not "kicked-in" yet. However, the company, through John Beach, has yet to sign a contract for the project and I do not believe that the company has ever said that it has done so. Looks like it will be a long two weeks.
