You might be right, I looked thru some other posts under TLTG and found that this company was once named Spectratek, reversed split twice, now appears to have only 900k outstanding/300k float.
It's relationship with OZ is what intrigues me.

David, I called the company and verified the 900k shares outstanding.
This stock looks a little undervalued compared to others in the IP area...
Did you call the company? Sounds like other good things are coming.
