Someone wrote to me is the reason why I answer the LTGL thread, and yes I still have a very small position left in LTGL, maybe enough money to fill one of two tanks in my boat with petro for one small weekend trip: I do not believe LTGL has found it's newest low. That is presently up to the CEO. Remember crafty not stupid. But, of course, once the bargain selling of shares are completed by the CEO, the stock will MAY climb on it's OWN merits with 100M outstanding shares. Ya - right..LOL. IMHO - OR, the CEO can do a reverse split (He will tell the shareholders he wants to become NASDAQ qualified - (LOL) - folks good companies do not need reverse - splits - it will tank the stock, i.e., you will lose if your long) (if you short the stock then you make money) and "make believe" they didn't dump the shares onto the market AND AGAIN dilute the market place with many 10:1/= 90 million more shares. No one lives forever.. this is a penny stock... he is making a career out of your money.. LOL. He is only accountable to BANKS not to us shareholders. Possibly the banks know his "personal" business plan. Otherwise he would have gone to a bank to fund the company with such "great profits" and "revenues" and PEG. He will come BEGGING with a PROXY. Why - for he can fill ALL his relatives swimming pools with YOUR money - certainly not his. (JMHO) Be very careful..... I'm waiting for second quarter results for I can fill both tanks. LOL:)
