From Bull web page about their new Escala (unix) product series:

For server and data consolidation, secure data storage is a
must, and Bull's solution with Fibre Channel technology (FC-AL)
and the RAID DAS3500 disk subsystem provides high-capacity
online storage throughout the enterprise, with low administration
costs and economies of scale. Ultimate security is provided by
Bull's Disaster Recovery solution for data and applications at up
to 10km distance, protecting vital corporate assets against any
damage including total destruction of the site. Restart is fast and
smooth, requiring no operator intervention. In addition, the SRDF
(Symmetrix Remote Data Facility) solution from Bull's partner
EMCý provides disaster recovery capability for data at distances
up to 60km.

Ancor's demo at Interop(data cloning, tape backup, Video editing, linking 5 or 6 locations together with SUN, Ciprico, SGI, Jaycor, etc) may qualify them an award of some sort. It is pretty slick in my objective view<g>. It would be good publicity if they win.
