BB,

Been hard at work (after car crapped out on way back from airport and had to buy pickup truck) checking on the state of the market.

I think there is a good chance the move up WILL continue Monday and if it doesn't we are probably in for a retest of the low... IMHO... that is what usually happens. It is either 2-3 days of a continued move up or a retest. If it is a retest, I will be buying calls for the move up. If it keeps going up, however, I will be watching to buy puts by Thursday.

If you look at both interest rates as well as the DOW, it makes sense that interest rates will bottom in a day or two and then reverse... if they are going to stay the trend. Of course if they break down, that would be the signal for a strong move up. (IMHO, BWDIK etc, etc, etc)

I hope the cover of Barron's isn't one of your psych indicators... if so, we are in DEEP doodoo.

Careful on playing this, it is a treacherous market!

Bill
