A POST FOR THOSE NEW TO DGIV (OR THOSE WHO ARE CONSIDERING BEING DGIV INVESTORS) you all may have heard of DGIV grom a number of sources and decide to come over to the thread to find out what all the "hubbub' is about-well, I know reading through ALL the posts on all the DGIV thread can be intimidating (perhaps almost impossible, given the volume) so I will try to give a brief synopsis: First, DGIV is an IP telephony company which, simply put, allows one to call long distance through the Internet-A MAJOR ADVANTAGE: IT IS MUCH CHEAPER !!! so right off you can see the business potential of the company-HUGE DEMAND FOR ITS SERVICES!!! Second, the stock has had an AMAZING run-from around 0.5 to 7 5/8 in around 2-3 months (NO typo!). MOST IMPORTANTLY, unlike most other companies with this kind of run, it has NOT pulled back -rather, it continues to build a base prior to its next run (1 hint-the next big run may occur next week!). You may ask: why should I get in after such a big run?? There may be MANY answers to that very logical question. i will try to give my own answers: The main reason the stock has not pulled back is the CONFIDENCE we have in the company and its management, led by Mr. Chin. He realizes the stock was way undervalued and has PROMISED to get its price up to where it belongs. guess what....he has DELIVERED!!! DGIV bought back shares initially, got itself visibility with investors through well-designed ads campaigns but most importantly, has signed and is continuing to sign HUGE contracts!!! Before April, Mr. Chin promised a BIG month with MAJOR NEWS and has actually come through BIG TIME!!! The company wants its price up to get to the NASDAQ AND TO DO STOCK-RELATED ACQUISITIONS TO GROW (just like the announcement yesterday) and has done everything it can to get there. I have mentioned previously the #1 reason to invest in a company is ITS MANAGEMENT. In DGIV, we have exactly this reason. Mr.Chin and the management have kept the price up through their hard work and business savvy (they make sure the price does not slide back significantly after each run up with their extreemely well-timed announcements) and are VERY responsive to shareholder concerns. This is GREAT news for shareholders and should alleviate your concerns about getting into (or holding onto )DGIV at this time. You KNOW they will do all they can to keep the price up and increase share holder values. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY HAVE SHOWN THEY KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!! Besides the management, this stock has a GREAT thread which keeps shareholders unified and not be fooled by WS/MM machinations. You see, this is extremely important in keeping the price up and preserve shareholder values. As tock may have great fundamentals but its price may suffer in the short term if shareholders are fooled by MMs. On this thread, we keep the GREAT fundamentals of the companny in mind and point out MM "tricks". Hence, the share price does not slide much and we are thus able to build a new base before the next charge. This is why we (the long investors) have locked up almost 60% of the float. I do not mean to use this post to HYPE DGIV-it dons not need HYPE; rather, I want to explain the FACTS behind this incredible story, which continues to get better. So, if you are new (or already a shareholder), what should you do? Mr. Chin is expected to come back next week after a long trip.He has proven over and over again that he is a DEAL CLOSER; hence, it is normal to expect more deals to be announced in the future. DGIV has stated publicly that it plans to leave the OTCBB world to get into the NASDAQ and has pretty much satisfied all requirements to do so. Getting into the NASDAQ would mean more visibility, analyst coverage, BIG INSTITUTION SUPPORT (GRAB THE BULL BY THE HORNS!!!), ETC... By the way, with this tight float, institutions would only get in with increased liquidity. IMO, this could mean ..........a stock split, perhaps ???(as an example, look at K-TEL).Remember, Mr. Chin has been impeccable in his ability to increase shareholder values!!!Guess where the price will be if (or when) all the above happen??? Remember, however, that all stock rise is accompanied with some turbulence along the way (DGIV is no exception-even MSFT, INTC, DELL had their shares of ups and downs on their way UP!!!). However, keep the FUNDAMENTALS, MANAGEMENT and the POWER OF THE THREAD in mind when you make your decisions about DGIV. Good luck to all!!!
