Caisson..... I'm sure that Gardner knows plenty. He knew enough to swim upstream against all the other gurus and be the first to downgrade CPQ last fall(wasn't it fall?). All the other analysts soon followed with downgrades. Hopefully, they will follow his lead again and we'll see more upgrades soon. Lucy Painter is likely to upgrade CPQ in the very near future, IMHO. El

When we analyzed Gardner's downgrade in February basically, under the same conditions, it appeared he was privey to some insider info... someone on thread also said that Solomon Smith Barney handles employee stock option business for CPQ. If this connection exists it seems highly likely that the info flows in SSB's direction easily...
