Chuck,

As you heard in previous posts. The Data Manager needs work. Editing the symbols is horrible. I have resulted to deleting every chart/quote/etc file that is created in the folder to try to prevent them from reappearing in the DM. They still find their way back. It makes it worse using Tradewinds.

Can your programers make tradewind charts part of your desktop? I would like to be able to save layouts with TW charts incorporated. Every time I click on something they are sent to the back. It's very annoying.

Thanks....I really like Stockedge.....and Tradewinds.

Jeff

Chuck, I have a question about using real-time data in MetaStock. One of DBC's sales people told me that I won't need an end-of-day data vendor because I can use the data from StockEdge On-Line. Is this true? I'm having difficulty imaging how I capture the data in MetaStock. (This is not the MetaStock Real Time Package, it is Metastock v6.5, using end-of-day data.)

Can you clarify? Thanx.

Well, Chuck, Level II has been down since the open for me. All other data is streaming in fine. I've tried everything I can think of to get it working, to no avail.

I took your advice from earlier on this thread and tried calling tech support. After waiting on hold for more than ten minutes, I hung up and dialed again...this time I was greeted with a message that said any technical service questions would have a hold time in excess of fifteen minutes!?! Daytraders (i.e., Level II customers) need better...

Marc

Enjoying stockedge so far.

2 points.

Market leaders are occasionally not consistent with Yahoo's leaders. The big leaders are frequently missing. Does DBC screen these in any way??

Get those Wild Bulletin issues on the system. Will pay a reasonable premium as soon as you do so!!
