For anybody interested about what thin ice the FDA is now skating WRT regulation of "True" commercial speech for legal products, I recommend Boulding's law journal articles at well.com . As Boulding notes, the supreme court is the arbitrator of what is "true" and "misleading" , not the FDA, and the supremes definition is the common-sense one. Also see the FDA's position papers re: tobacco and "44 liquormart v. Rhode Island " . using these terms as key words on a search engine. Basically, the FDA tacitly admits they now have to jump thru some real hoops. Dr. P
