Thank you, Mr. Moyer. The structural change if happens, will make your head spin. This year is the year for document management business to mature. Next year the knowledge management business to mature; then it is intelligence management. CDT structure is to use all three states, STRR is in, to get state and federal government business. Computer system cost is relatively inexpensive. Cost plus contracts for STRR is ideal. Powerscan can compliment others to do image business, but they lack marketing structure and has not found their home yet. Cost per name(customers) is important consideration for market penetration. Especially, where their products will find a home. STRR must continue to merge and acquire new business to project forward in this $12 billion knowledge management business. Shedding some parts of the present business is no shame, so that new business has a much larger reward.
