Arcane, On something that might help Rmil out more than FBN, did you ever find any regulations on what the SEC does in the case of shareholders requesting certificates in name form and the MM's or brokerages that back them up cannot deliver the shares to be converted when the stock is not trading at that time. Any assistance would be appreciated... dj-sent the same question to the SEC but as to date I have not received an answer, will share it when received....
