Try Nokia, which LU is said to have it's eye on.

bucky, it seems to me LU has already decided not to buy ASND. As we all know, Livingston has complete product overlap with ASND's RAC equipment. Yurie now give them an ATM concentrator, which I don't think ASND has (or wants???). And it seems LU has decided to continue development of their own ATM switching gear. I think the Livingston deal sealed ASND's fate as far as an LU merger. At this point, BAY seems like a more likely candidate for LU.

Do you still feel strongly that LU will buy ASND? If not, then who will? I currently think INTC, Alcatel, Nokia, or IBM are most likely.
But I haven't ruled out ASND deciding to go it alone; I just don't like this idea as a shareholder.
