At least, as a critic, you bring up supportive information to back your concerns.

However, you're leaving something extremely important out. Remember when the negative hypsters on this thread tried to claim that NETZ was just a boiler room-type operation. Well, it turned out there were in fact offices and people working within them. There are offices all across the country.

You also leave out the good folks who have worked long and hard on their R&D and developing these media products. Mr. Burgess (EchoMedia) is a wonderful person (have you talked with him?); Mr. LaBarge at NB Digital is a wonderful person (have you talked with him) is also a wonderful person). On NB Digital, check out Earthlink, of which NB Digital was a major player.

Also, I've been getting rave reviews from EVERYONE who has contacted the new folks handling IR/PR for Zulu.

My point is that are several business components that are staffed with very career-minded people who believe in their work and are working hard to achieve the synergy required to make ESVS/Zulu are strong internet media/e-commerce oriented company.

Contrary to your skepticism, this company is getting its corporate act together. It's bluechip clientele, again contrary to earlier skepticism, is very much intact. These two companies, ESVS and Zulu, once merged will be poised to the point of respectability and will be firmly positioned on Nasdaq. And they will be credited accordingly.

Oh, and thank you for answering the question I posed to Jon Tara and Other Chap--are you related to them guys? Of course, you can't answer the question. Neither can they. Nor was Joe Copia able to answer it.

So if this is the case, what the hell are you guys doing criticizing something that wasn't supposed to happen anyway? All this does, is prove that you'll jump at ANYTHING and will never miss an opportunity to criticize NETZ. My friend, the proof is illuminating in the pudding.

In closing, I can't wait to hear from you guys once we get over the top. And for purposes of defining "the top," let's say NETZ goes over a buck again. I'll also take the 10 dollar bet.
