I agree Dusty the destination is most important. Arcon has numerous companies that will be wanting DF-144. I believe the objective is to get the DF-144 plant operating first and that will put Arcon in the drivers seat for any joint ventures that might be entertained. I don't know that contracts will be announced before that time but I could be wrong. Announcing contracts to soon might put some companies in a compromising position with current suppliers. Arcon could have a JV partner now if they wanted but they might have to give to much of the farm away. Patience, could be a while IMO.
As far as the shareholders meeting goes it could be postponed a while until the MIDL shell is cleaned up completely and 10Q's are filed.
I am in no hurry. I have confidence in Mr. Fisher, Mr. Bean, and Mr. Spriggs. I have benefited from my communication with them.
