Multimice and the Microsoft trackball

Streetwalker, The post was about multimice, it did not indicate multi cursors. I tried to get that clarification but could not.
Here is the site but it is not working for me.
accp.net

Anyhow I have the answer to my question. I just picked up a Microsoft IntelliMouse Trackball. I have a mouse in the PS2 port so I installed the trackball in com 1.

Results (Win 95)

I still only have one cursor

Both mice work (ie I can use either mouse without the use of a switch. If I move one mouse left and the other right at the same time the cursor stays in the center and vibrates a bit to the left and right as the mice fight with each other)

The new Intellipoint software drives both mice. In other words the old mouse now has updated drivers and some of the advantages of the Intellipoint software.

Comments on the Microsoft IntelliMouse TrackBall

I have had trackballs before and have never liked them that much. This one is different. I am always looking for a better pointing device, so far this one fits the bill for SI surfing.

This trackball can be held in your hand (like a basketball player palms a ball). It is very light. It will take a little while getting used to clicking with the thumb. This gives me several web surfing positions. (1) The standard ball on table,(2) holding the ball in my hand with elbow resting on rocking chair arm and (3)ball on belly while leaning back in rocking chair. And now with my dual setup I have the second mouse which I use if I am typing with the right hand.

The feature I like the most is the ability to leave the cursor on the NEXT button and scroll the posts with the scroll knob. A quick scroll with a right finger to read the lower portion of a post and then a quick scroll back up and the cursor is sitting on NEXT.

If your machine is "bottom line" what is my "top of the line" Pentium 200mmx ($2500) which is one year old?
