IMHO 1,2 and 3 are correct. As for the #4, the market value of the warrants after the warrants are called is less certain. If there is a glut of selling in IFLYW which exceeds the demand because warrant owners do not have the funds to convert or many warrant owners trying to take profit-taking at the same time or any other reasons, the value of the warrants during the call period could at times be lower than IFLY-6.25.
Also expectations are a factor, if IFLY is expected to continue rising after the warrants are called that would be bullish for the IFLYW.
