MT, Having attended easily over 500 annual meetings in 30+ years I have to say, I'm impressed! That's certainly a lot of donuts :-) Do you know what the rules are as far as getting the annual report and proxy material to the stockholders prior to the annual meeting? If the meeting is 6/5, I would think we should be receiving our package directly. Along those same lines, do you suppose they wanted to make sure the new CEO was included in the annual report, hence the mention in the Edgar filing prior to public announcement? Just a thought, but it does make sense for PR purposes. Gary
