I agree... so as a public service, here is a translation: i left a message for thomas nieman yesterday afternoon and he had returned my call several hours later from the la airport. i had the pleasure of an approximately 15 minute conversation with mr. nieman. i find mr. nieman a straight shooter and he tells it like it is. mr. nieman does not want any press releases until the ink is dry on the contract. in my opinion and dd the financing approval from a well known merchant bank is inevitable and will happen any day. mr. nieman had indicated that he has been traveling the country putting out forest fires started by the previous management. he is literally putting in 70-8o hrs per week entailing traveling, negotiations, preparations, etc etc. he indicated that he literally receives hundreds of e-mails, phone calls, and faxes from current and potential investors daily inquiring on whether or not they should sell, hold, or buy along with the current status of the companies goals!! obviously agti cannot respond to all of these requests. mr. nieman has drafted a team of players whom like himself exhibits honesty, integrity, perserverance, character, incredible credentials and connections!! mr. nieman reiterated that the companies business plan/goals are moving forward as planned and projects a 4th quarter profit. agti's soft ware, hardware, and product line is awesome and "state of the art. one of the goals is to install agti's equipment in some of the vegas casino's. it is imperative that we give agti's management some breathing room and let them do there thing. they have a difficult job in turning this company around and patience and support is critical to everyones investment and the companies success. the stock holders meeting is at bally's in las vegas approximately the first week in june. that is the time to address our concerns and comments with nieman, huziker, and sargent, not now!! we are in the super bowl game right now and we have to be smart. if you do not have faith in the new team, in my opinion you should sell your stock, cut your losses, and invest in blue chip stocks. if you like what you see with the new team hold and or buy more agti stock which i am doing!! this stock has the potential of a big-time blow out in this multi billion dollor industry. my prediction is the "agti packers" 51 and the " gmtc/tgs59 bears" 3. see ya in vegas!!!best regards Note to Rosario - Sometimes the best way to be heard is to listen!
