well especially if they are FLOORLESS - with a variable conversion price attached. Saw this in EXSO, CTYS, CAFE and so on. Got burned only once (EXSO) - cost me 30% there. Thank's good..

Good discussion on convertible debentures...and some of the four letter words,..er stock examples. I've been looking for ways to protect against this type of dilution/loss. By the time they report future conversion dates someone has already shorted and it may be too late.. Can I expect to learn enough or is it just called..risk. Comments much appreciated.
