Dear Jim:

I would expect no less from VectorVest-- yet, LOR
will be worth at least $100 in 2002 (Value Line
expects $150). My average cost on my LOR shares is
below $14 1/2, so that this investment has been good
to me and it never keeps me awake at night.

At this stage, now that I have wireless covered with
LOR and WCII, my main regret is to have missed
the boat on QWST last summer, which according to Vectorvest
is worth a grand total of $3.80 a share!

Jim, you really have an embarassment of riches. Which
one to short: WCII, LOR or QWST? Why be a piker?
Short them all!

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
