MIDL/ MIDLP/MIDLW ... I cannot see any downside to the P. One P is convertible to 35 shares of free trading common automatically in Oct 1998. The P price is based on the common. Right now the P is like buying the common at .43 per share at $15.00 for the long term investor or the P is value at around $25.00 a share based on the commons .71 trading price.

The conversion is automatic in your account and it cannot be change so the conversion is set. Now I think a shareholder vote can change it. The P is where big money is going to come because of its related value to the stock price.

Now at $2.00 a share for common the P s will be worth $70.00 a shares. There is only 54K in the float also.

MIDLW I do not know exactly how that works but I will Monday.

So simply put no I do not see a downside.
