ram yariv, Thanks for the explanation. I started following this company over a year ago. I like this co. Over 50% of my portfolio excluding 401k is in this company. Way back when the stock hit 39+, I had a chance to exit with a sizeable profit, but couldn't do it because of covered calls I had sold and couldn't buy back before I could sell the stock. It went all the way down to low 20's and I bought more, cause I truly believe everything I have read about this co. If I were MRVC's management, I would really be frustrated, because they are growing thru excellent acquisitions, generating profit quarter after quarter and yet this co. does not get respect compared to other co's like aol, for example. I have come to conclude, IMHO that this co. is unfairly treated by Wall St and the "paper pimp" "anal-ysts" because it is basically regarded a foreign co thus facing wall st's prejudice head on. Now, I do not want any hard-nosed americans bashing me for this as this is my opinion, cause I cannot find anything wrong with MRVC's execution of its business. As for Bear Stearns and the others that got their millions during the secondary offering, but have not done a damn thing for this co., I hope MRVC's management will tell them to go to h*ll next time they show their face at MRVC's door step. This co. is suffering from Wall St's prejudice, plain and simple to me, IMO. As for me, I am out of this stock on Monday, purely because of this reason. It is unfair for the likes of bear stearns not to disregard their damn prejudices and do something for this co. at least for what they got out of MRVC. I hope God gives them a spanking for this and I know he will. Peace and good luck to all my MRVC colleagues. I will be out of the stock, but I hope to see this co. gain wall st's respect in due time. Sorry for the long post. peacelover
