Gary & John,
You know when it comes to MIDL, I am going to throw in my two cents worth. (LOL - some think that's ALL its worth too) But, here goes:

1. The Cost of the DF144 Plant - This would have to be relatively minor, compared to the revenue the final product will produce. I think we have to remember what we are really talking about here...this stuff is alcohol, and the DF144 "plant" could really be compared to a still. Now, if my Granddaddy can build one of these (on a much smaller scale, of course) with scrap from his barn, at NO cost, then I think Arcon can make a much more grandiose version, at a relatively low cost, and produce the alcohol (ethanol) to meet their own specs (DF-144). Besides, any banker in the world would finance the production of a PRE-SOLD product.

2. The process in which they do this is a patented process. Somewhere on the Arcon thread, there are links to the actual patents themselves. The result, the DF-144, is what has delivered the highest performance ratings. So, to answer John's question, yes, they hold the patents. (And aren't we lucky they do...)

3. A lot of stuff has happened since the 10Q in December. A lot of debt has been shed. The company has zeroed in with precision on a single area, and a single product, hence eliminating a lot of debt.

I cannot say enough about how much I like this stock. I have gotten my kids, heck I have even gotten my mom into it!

This is the ONLY OTC stock for which I have sold out of Big Board Stocks to buy. I am constantly seeking ways to increase my position in all three series. I must confess, however, that I first bought this stock as a "sheep", with absolutely NO DD whatsoever. It was purchased initially and held at the recommendation of a trusted friend, and the DD was done later. However, as the DD was done, it was not hard to see why I should increase my position so I have continued to try to do that.

My only regret is that soon it will be harder to increase my position, as I feel the price is about to increase significantly. However, I will continue to do what I have to do to accumulate it.

:-)
