Urlman, CDWI and IAIC have many common characteristics including the following: 1. Profitable growth. 2. Markets with significant potential (for CDWI: traditional store expansion and plans for e-commerce, for IAIC: Y2K automated remediation tool serving Computer Associates client base). 3. Small float with heavy insider ownership. 4. Strong balance sheets. 5. Small Cap Market listings with potential graduation to NMS status. 6. Small institutional ownership. 7. Proprietary technologies (for CDWI - computerized database for used CD's, for IAIC - automated software to fix Y2K problem). I remain very long on both CDWI and IAIC. Regards. Elliot
