I think it is only a matter of days (with one month being slowest-case scenario) for the merger to be signed. Press release following.

The thing that will take the longest IMO is the exchanging of CSMA shares for BUFF shares. I'd imagine a couple of days if your shares aren't held in cert form.

I guess it is semantics. The date the merger is effective the artist formerly known as Coconino SMA is a reporting company. But, as you say, the q and k filings will be those of the shell buff, unless Coco does like SETO and includes a proforma (what Buff would have looked like if CSMA was with it the whole FY)

With a FY ending 5/31, they have 90 days plus what a 15 day extension, so there's your Sept date.
