You have explained yourself perfectly well. With respect to Mary's credibility, I do give her credit for acknowledging to Aleta about 10 days ago that Hayton was a financial advisor to Zulu-tek, whereas Chris Hayes (Vice President, Marketing, Zulumedia) stated a couple of times to Cunningham in early April that Hayton was not involved with Zulumedia in any respect. While Hayes may have been splitting hairs between Zulumedia and Zulu-tek (or at the time he may not have fully understood the relationship), I believe it would have been more candid to state that Hayton is related to NetVest, which is a major player in both ESVS and NETZ, and therefore there is some direct or indirect relationship to all of the Zulu-tek companies. In any event, this baby is percolating right along and I am expecting something positive - whether sooner or later, hopefully sooner. I am not as concerned about deadlines, as whether Zulu-tek and ESVS can capture enough of the market and can put a viable deal together which gives Zulu-tek a NASDQ listing, and which is beneficial to both companies and their shareholders. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Hayton is a dealmaker, and can put something together here. While his reputation has been faulted, he obviously knows the ins and outs of the securities markets, and how to maximize the gain out of his ventures. While a lot of us may think we are pretty smart, and may be pretty smart, those of us who have been around the block enough times know that creativity is a far more rare commodity than raw intelligence. I would take creativity any day over uninspired or misdirected intelligence. P.S. My information is gleaned solely from the messages on this thread. I do not have firsthand knowledge of who said what to whom.
