Of course I don't know that they didn't complete the audit and release it to ESVS by the 30'th.

But I am confident that they did not, because if they did, they would have announced it. There would be no reason not to, and to provide it to one class of investors without providing it to another I think would get them in legal trouble.

I can see that you are going to continue to focus on technicalities of "completed" vs "released", "public" release vs release to ESVS, etc. and continue to hold out false hope for this thread that the financials were, in fact, completed and submitted on time. I think, though, that the evidence is that there is a very slim probability of that.
