MT, I also wonder if 1st Q results will be released at the meeting. I for one will be extremely pissed if they wait that long - that would mean yet another extension from required date of 5/15. Meanwhile, I may have solved the missing director, unless my addition is as bad as some of my clients think it is. Also if I add the total # of shares column I get roughly 2,396,658 shares, a difference of 54,166 shares. And finally, if I add the % column I get 25%, a difference of .6%. Coincedently, 54,166 shares would represent roughly .6% of the total outstanding. So either someone owning 54,166 shares has been inadvertently omitted or that person was intentionally omitted but they forgot to change the totals. You decide. BTW, I will not make the obvious comparison to counting # of Bingo Halls since that would be just way to easy :-) Gary
