When the warrants are called both the warrants and common price will go down. That happens because of the dilution effect the conversion will have on the sudden issuance of more common stock. I know it happened to me with MVSI warrants. The impact will be slight and should bounce back when everyone realizes that this conversion allows more capital for the company to expand. Does anyone know how many warrants were issued? Forget about whether the company will exercise they have so much as said they will but that will be a positive. Get all the warrants you can before common stays over 10. Right before the 7th day sell and convert to common several days after exercise is announced if you believe in future of company like I do. They are hiring over 1000 agents! New management with big time company background hired to expedite the growth of this company. LABEL THIS A NO BRAINER.
