mantle7 Great post. I was one of those selling lasers for coronary artery use, years ago, that is now being used as a doorstop collecting dust. I think your comments are right on target but I also believe that PLC has a window of opportunity. All CV Surgeons are caught up in the Minimally Invasive Procedures trying to justify the hype, they are in the change mode with there protocals. This is a way to rest control back from others and treat patients that they normally would not be treating. I truly believe that there is a window but that window will only exist for a year to 18 months at the most before the vultures start picking at the market. Dan
