Hi Bexar! Your questions are welcome. I'll try to help with what I have. I want you to know that even though I am obviously very excited about GLOW, I share your concern (and everyone's concern) about getting as much solid information as possible. That's what makes for a good thread and helps us all determine our level of risk tolerance. So here's what I have so far regarding your questions... Q: 1. Do we know when GLOW is going to buy back those shares? A: The shares that GLOW wants to retrieve do not have to be "bought back." About 3 million of those shares went out but were never paid for by the broker that got them. GLOW has been negotiating for them and it appears that GLOW will either get them back or the broker will pay for them. GLOW's recourse, if necessary, is to cancel the shares entirely. And I believe GLOW currently has a "stop order" on those shares. So they are in limbo. The other 13 million shares were originally used for acquisitions of ECS and Wolf Key. ECS has been re-negotiated as reflected in the recent press release at what I believe is more favorable terms for GLOW. Wolf Key is currently being re-negotiated. GLOW pressed for this re-negotiation because proper documentation was not delivered to GLOW according to the original agreement. *************** Q: 2. Did anyone see those large blocks (after market) Friday? A: The blocks (10,000 or larger) that traded Friday (after market) are as follows: 10,000 @ .2350 Looks like a Buy 40,000 @ .2300 Could be either Buy or Sell 20.200 @ .2300 (Trade that was later reversed & backed out) 30,000 @ .2250 Looks like a Sell That was all of them according to my Real Time Quote server. The Bid/Ask at the time was .2275 x .2350 ****************** Q:3. Can anyone see if they are buys or sells, (I'm too lazy to restore my bookmarks from tape after a system purge). A: See answer to #2 above. ****************** Q: 4. If GLOW buys back at very high prices, wouldn't that be bad for them? A: See answer to #1 above. ****************** Q: 5. If (for some stroke of luck) we reach $10, anyone up for a cruze? A: Yes. Absolutely! :-) ************************* Hope this helps. If anyone would like to contact the company to verify my understanding of the situation, please feel free to do so. Best wishes, Brad PS. With as "hot" as internet related stocks have become, who knows how high this could go? My heart rate gets faster when I think about this too long. :-)
