General market conditions could indeed cause DGIV to drop in value ,just not at this point in time.Once we are a listed company with wall street coverage and a larger shareholder base the market will have an impact on DGIV. But until that point a correction in the market may prove to be of benefit to us as people pull money out of the larger cap stocks and look for small caps that show probability for a larger growth potential. Some of these are bound to come across DGIV in their search. And being that we will be a global company gives us some insulation against a downturn in any single economy. If there is a global depression it wont much matter where you have your assets. MARK C,
