Jeffry, re CXIPY: It did not make it onto the "top 25" TA list because Telescan did not select it. (I just feed Telescan the criteria, and it does the selecting.) Although CXIPY scored in the 99th percentile for long-term and short-term technical strength, it was ranked lower for momentum (81st), and much lower for volume (41st). Do bear in mind that I am NOT endorsing these numbers or these rankings. Incidentally, do you know of a good source that gives figures for ADRs? It is very hard to compare CXIPY and other foreign companies (both in the oil patch and out of it) to their opposite numbers in the U.S., especially on such crucial matters as projected growth rates. One has to make comparative evaluations almost completely in the dark. jbe
