Ok I see their is concern about 144 stock ... There is rules and regulations for this type of transaction. On inside the board has to approve and then a 10K then a registration. Just because it is registered to my knowledge means it is going to be sold.

Non 144 can have a general restriction lifted and be sold. However there are rules and regulations by the SEC governing this type of transaction. Basically the selling of 144 does not cripple the stock it is the mental concept of the sell that worries non investors.
