Thanks! That looks like another good recipe. Bookmarked it, printed it, stuck it in my cookbook collection, copied/pasted and mailed it to myself. Heh heh. It better not get away.

I know the roux is important. Hope I didnt get it toooo dark. I thought chopping the okra was what let all the slime out! Well, its simmering away, waiting for the chopped okra. Tastes good so far.

I need some BLUE beer.
