Hi Jay,

I have not noticed a definitive change in the morale. Note that
everyone was preconditioned to the potential bad news a while ago.
(Employees and the investment community)

No one is particularly happy about the stock price or the soft
quarter. However, we are so busy these days that we do not have
time to dwell on it. In the technical ranks, we usually don't
influence the stock on a quarterly basis. However, we are trying
to aggressively push new product out and support the sales force
any way possible. I have been asked a couple of times to do a
technical evaluation to go after a potential sale.

There has not been an up swing in attrition. Generally, the attrition
is due to the startup pull, virtually no one is leaving to go to
the lateral competition (Cisco, 3Com, Cabletron...). So, I remain
guarded optimistic, interesting times.

Regards,
Bruce
