Forgive my negativity, overall Ramtron's Annual Report (on losses) keeps getting thinner each year, with less to say about growth strategy. There are the usual hopeful sentiments, mixed with a litany of "future possibilities." There is one section of the report that does seem to grow reluctantly (and is the most entertaining to read) . . . the back sections that try (as briefly as possible) to describe the latest financing tricks, Benton Bankruptcy proceedings, FRAM patent litigation and even proverbial year-2000 escape clauses.

On the upside, this year's report seems to have been produced for less money, given they have dropped the glossy paper and high-quality color reproductions. I must give *some* (however small) credit to management for at least not squandering the proceeds of their latest release of stock on fancy annual reports. Could this be an indicator of some newly gained level of intelligence?

Regards,
Trenton.
