Jesse: You are correct.I have never heard such nonsense as she is putting out.Using such words as "presumably" and "estimation" . I wish I had a dollar for every Conference call that was off the Money or every Stock that was Capitalized above a realistic value.I like those"Future rallies" where all of this is going to take place. Wonder if she has any "Future" Lottery numbers for my State? Until everything is Final there is 70 Million Authorized and there is 43.4 Million Outstanding. You can make a worst case based on the Maximum number of Shares that can possibly be Converted and a Best case Scenario on what has happened now.Take a look at a Conference call that "Redchip" had om a Stock called Ampex etc. I have never heard such Naivete.Maybe she is "Short" QDEK. If she wants to bet Money on the basis of a Conference call etc....You notice that she never qualified her flat statement of 4 X 70 million such as "according to a Conference call "or ......... This was Irresponsible at Best and shows that she wanted to present QDEK in the worst possible light. I dont belive in Cheerleaders either as both are opposite extremes. Charles
