Humbly report, BM, there was some talk of the Euro.

If I remember correctly, the Euro came up in the question and answer period. The Paris branch has done some Euro work, but not conversion.

As it was explained, one or two customers have chosen to add a field for the Euro, but that is it. No Euro conversion work mentioned otherwise, and no talk of adoption of Cogni-2000 for it.

As I understood the explanation, the Euro work is presently not at all a significant part of Cognicase work load, or backlog. It seemed to me that management was playing down the Euro.

From the conference I got the impression that Euro conversion work in general is simply on hold, across the board, pending some kind of resolution by the European community regarding the timetable.

There was also a question about the y2k testing tool. It is being tested internally (no joke, as the CEO stated), on work that Cognicase is doing at present on two projects. No timetable for the testing tool rollout was specified.

Hope this helps,

Svejk
