I've been out for the last week but here is an email I received from Michael Rapp. The audited financials have been released. Nasdaq is still a ways out. We have Auditors in house now reviewing 9 month numbers so we can file a form 10. (become a reporting company) The money raising is in process now and things are proceeding. Michael Rapp Doesn't sound great but I still like the company. As long as their fundamentals remain strong as they have in the past, then I'll continue to hold. I only have 2000 shares anyway.
