Thanks for explaining. I also believe if you have a GOOD stock, and it should go down, use it as a buying opportunity .

Now I can see the difference between stop loss and stop limit: stop limit is the one I want, stop loss is the one that worried me. On short dramatic corrections that one cannot forsee a stock that is a good company could end up losing you money with a stop loss, when you would not have been willing to sell at that price.
