more losses for erox !!! this qtr annoucement is a joke, erox losses amount to approx $ 800,000 and they come out and blame some of it on inner realm fill-in sales from last year. well besides that ,erox sent out it's proxy and 10k and it's interesting reading, licensing is the goal, but when will this pipe dream happen?? erox is still stating they believe they will be profitable for year end 98, that is saying alot since they now are 8 cents per share in the hole for the 1st qtr!! this profit will not be made up from realm perfume sales, as i believe they will be lucky to meet last years levels of 17 million in perfume sales, so lets hope the pipe dream is very close to being real. if not then erox may be in it's final year given the very very very tight cash position they are in. erox i believe has below 4.2 in shareholder equity left , i think it is at 3.7 million and that violates the bank agreement they have , which did require a minimum of 4.2 million of shareholder equity at all times. erox has burned so much cash that without the infusion of 2.2 million dollors last year , erox would be closing up shop today. does anyone think erox is hunting again for outside investors? research dollars have remained steady the past 2 yrs (low) , given the tight cash position; erox seems to be hoping the scientific community can carry the ball and score some big news for erox. well thats some of my ramblings for now, have comments , news , rumors or what, post to this dying board.
