Mitch,
You are confusing me. Okie...living in Colorado...on his way to Florida ????? This is getting worse than a Jimmy Buffet book. Where in the world is Joe Merchant?

Don't confuse me,
lee(the hick)

Mitch--I am not likely to get that far North.
Thanks for the invitation though. I will be a week in the Keys and then a couple of days in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. Everything you have been told about the heat and humidity in Florida is true. Walking outside is like being hit with a big wet fist.
<<I'm not much of a fisherman,>> Not many other reasons to live in Florida I can see. The fishing is superb both fresh and salt.
Unless of course you just want to get hit by a hurricane. I have a friend who went through Hurricane Andrew. He sent me a very vivid letter about the experience. Spoke of gravel sounding like machine gun fire on the side of his house and the unending roar. Don't buy a house near a building with an adobe tile roof (the frisbees from Hell).
All the Best
