I'm not a big fan of the temporary staffing sector, but it does look like the BANH/NUMD merger could give rise to a one time market-cap increase 2-3 quarters after the merger. But, on the other hand both NUMD and BANH are stuck in trading ranges and plagued by lack of interest. These companies average less than 100,000 shares per day. In fact, with double counting, they average about half that. If you do buy NUMD, I think you'd want an opportunity to sell at some later date. I don't know if that opportunity will present itself. I've believed for the past three weeks, at least since the rumors started leaking, that Yeros received the better end of this bargain.
