IFLY should remove the "800" prefix out of the company's name and leave it as "Travel Systems". After all, they will now have an 800 "system" and an "Internet" system. side Comment: It is my understanding that the 1000 agents that IFLY plans to add this year are not internal IFLY employees but rather participating travel small travel agents. This can be considered another "System". By the way, if in fact these 1000 agents are travel agencies, then the effect on profit margins may be smaller than their traditional internal sources. IFLY would have to share commissions will those travel agents. It sounds to me like they can get better margins by concentrating in the Internet venture. Why not put most new resource efforts into this Internet venture?
