Come on, you're only talking about 3-4mm shares here at most, we'd go through that by lunch:)

Not only am I a shareholder but I'm also only a stone's throw from both La Jolla Capital and Greenland's offices. Always think personal visits can be beneficial if done prudently. Any ideas?

Where is your info that stock recently issued to officers is being sold into the market? This letter only indicates these shares were issued, not sold. Maybe the officer wanted their stock issued in lieu of other compensation before the anticipated lift off when contracts announced.

I don't know but I don't want to jump to a conclusion either way.

Why don't you guys just call the company and ask if they have sold any stock recently and how many exactly. They should have to give you an honest response.

Alan, you have some explaining to do
In your previous post you said, " Of course, Greenland's mailing address is La Jolla, California - the same as La Jolla Capital Corp which has been doing all the selling." Which is a false statement, Greenlands mailing address is 7084 Miramar Road, San Diego, CA 92121

Nor do any officers or majority shareholders share La Jolla's address.

Which leads me to the question, where did you get your info from?

Turkey,

Read the message yourself. Read it out loud......

"I feel that" These shares "probably" "From the looks of it" "but possibly" to directly enrich...

Listen, I don't know about you, but it seems to me Alan is demonstrating "supposition" not "fact". You need to be a little more discerning..... The question for us is, can Alan be right in his suppositions here? Instead of just saying "no damn way", perhaps we can offer counter supposition, followed up with facts derived from homework provided during the course of the normal business day.....

Goodnight.

Mark

Hello Alan

I appreciate the directness and insightfulness of your posts.I don't skip to many of them. You need to start your own thread; why don't you?

Question. GLCP has traded close to 53M shares the last couple of days. Doesn't this kind of make the 2.5M shares issued to the officers of the company mute ? Hasn't the float been turned over a few times? I'm real new to trading and brand new to penny stocks. So please don't laugh to hard at these questions. I'm holding a few thousand share what's you opinion about the direction of the share price?

Thanks
Milkman
