I'm not familiar with GLCP's employee stock issuance guidelines but it might be possible that the amount of shares which are issued to officers are based on some kind of a fixed dollar amount> In sum they could have timed their request to get the greatest amount of compensation.

I'm not sure why that would be of concern. What does matter is how good the underlying technology is, which in my opinion is superior to the biggest competitor in the market(Itron). Gosh, look at what they're(ITRON) is selling, handheld meter readers, drive bys????PLEEEEEASE!!!!! This looks like a classic case of utility companies trying to protect jobs.

Alan, I, personally don't think they are dumping their shares that were just recently issued to them. I was saying they could be issuing more shares for financing purposes.
Who know's? LCAP could be daytrading the stock because they are well aware of the upcoming FCC approval, which is fine by me.
We must not forget, GLCP was rated a buy by pennystocks and that could add to the current volatility.
I'm in through the news and FCC approval!!!
